Following the conceptual direction we then dig deeper into the details and undergo a thorough and comprehensive documentation phase to realize your project’s reality. We make sure that all our concepts are achievable with your builder and your budget.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

We will proceed to full documentation construction drawings. This phase allows for additional final details and any amendments that arise from the tender period and other project consultants.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

We will ensure the design intent and quality is maintained during construction phases. We love the details and we will be holding your hand through this process.

COMPLETION

Finalising all aspects of your project, curating furnishings, art and individual pieces, we offer a procurement service and additionally customise furniture and objects to match the uniqueness of your interior.

An added service is to organise photographers and styling direction for media and press. When all that is completed it will be time to pop open the champagne and celebrate!
